Meet lindsey

Hi, I'm Lindsey (she/her). I created LVND Studios after spending most of my adult life in cycles of burnout: pushing hard, crashing, starting over, and wondering why nothing ever seemed to stick.

When I finally discovered I was neurodivergent, everything suddenly made sense. The emotional overwhelm, the constant exhaustion, the feeling of being dropped into a world without a map—it all had a reason.

But understanding why I struggled didn't automatically show me how to move forward. I found myself with awareness but no real tools to translate that awareness into a life that actually worked for my brain.

That gap between diagnosis and direction is what led me here. I wanted to create the resource I wish I'd had: a space that doesn't just explain neurodivergence, but helps you design a life around it.

My Approach

I work with neurodivergent adults through creative life design—using visual frameworks, reflective tools, and gentle structure to help you understand your patterns, honor your needs, and build systems that actually work for your brain.

Creativity is central to everything I do here because neurodivergent brains are naturally wired for creative thinking, and engaging creatively can actually quiet anxiety spirals while helping us problem-solve the challenges we face.

I organize my work around four phases you'll cycle through as a neurodivergent person:

Equilibrium — Finding balance when things feel like too much
Exploration — Understanding your specific neurodivergent experience
Experimentation — Testing tools and building systems that work
Expertise — Navigating life with more ease and self-trust

This isn't linear—you'll move between these phases throughout your life, and my work is designed to meet you wherever you are.

My Values

  • You're not broken. Your brain is valid, your needs are real, and your experiences make sense.

  • Growth happens in safety and softness, never through guilt, fear, or pressure.

  • You're the expert of your own experience. I offer tools as invitations, never mandates.

  • Support shouldn't be a luxury. I'm committed to making resources available at multiple price points.

  • Neurodivergent suffering is systemic failure, not individual failure. This work challenges ableism and oppressive systems.

  • Creativity isn't decoration—it's a tool for understanding ourselves and a human right.

  • We heal in relationship, not isolation. Everyone is welcome exactly as they are.
