I believe cost should never be the only barrier to accessing neurodivergent-affirming support. That’s why all of my beta packages are offered in three tiers: Access Rate, Standard Rate, and Pay-It-Forward Rate. Each tier includes the exact same level of care, time, and resources.

The difference is simply in how you choose to invest:

  • Access Rate keeps services affordable for those with financial barriers.

  • Standard Rate sustains my work at its regular price point.

  • Pay-It-Forward Rate helps fund reduced-rate spots for others in the community.

    • Coaching – Momentum 6 – $225
      5 sessions over 3 months + live notes + 60-day support to build sustainable systems.

    • Education – Single Learning Session – $50
      90-min private lesson on the ND topic of your choice + tailored resources.

    • Education – Learn 3 – $135
      Three 90-min private lessons over 6 weeks with worksheets and feedback.

    • Coaching – Focus 3 – $250

FAQs

  • Coaching is future-focused, collaborative, and practical. It’s about building insight, strategies, and systems that fit you.

    It’s not therapy, medical advice, or crisis support. If you need mental health or medical care, I can help you find the right resources alongside our work.

  • Your package is customized to you, whether you’re working with me 1:1, as a couple, or in a small group. We’ll decide together how many sessions, how long they are, and how often we meet. You’ll also have the option for light support between sessions via email, text, or voice notes.

  • All sessions are held virtually via Google Meets by default so you can join from anywhere. If we decide together that an in-person session makes sense and is logistically possible, we can make special arrangements. You’ll always get a confirmation email with your session link or location details after booking.

  • You’ll get early access to my full coaching process while I’m refining it. In return, I’ll ask for your honest feedback on what’s working, what’s not, and what would make the experience even better. This might include filling out short surveys or having a feedback conversation.

  • No. Your progress depends on many factors, including your own energy, capacity, and follow-through. But I’m committed to supporting you with tools, encouragement, and flexibility that honor your needs.

  • I believe in flexibility, especially for neurodivergent folks. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible.

    If life happens and that’s not possible, I’ll do my best to work with you. Packages can be paused for up to 30 days. Refunds for unused sessions are handled on a case-by-case basis.

  • You can reach out by email, text, or voice note. I don’t keep strict office hours (I’m neurodivergent, too), but I aim to respond within 3–5 business days and will always be honest about my capacity.

  • Absolutely. We can adjust pacing, use captions, build in breaks, or try different formats so the sessions work for you. Just let me know what you need, and we’ll make a plan together.

  • For couples, all sessions are joint unless we agree otherwise. If we do individual check-ins, what you share there stays confidential unless you give permission to share. If issues come up that are outside the scope of coaching (like safety concerns), I’ll refer you to additional resources.
